At Cviisual Art Studio, we strive to provide our customers with timely and secure delivery of our artworks and art supplies. We take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders to ensure they arrive safely.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Custom artwork or commissioned pieces may take longer to complete, depending on the complexity and your specific requirements.

Shipping Rates:

We offer FREE shipping within Australia. International shipping is available; please contact us for a quote.

Carriers:

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Courier Services for deliveries.

Delivery Times:

Domestic orders:

Expect delivery within 5-10 business days.

International orders:

Delivery time varies by destination but may take up to 3-4 weeks.

Tracking:

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging:

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Larger artworks are rolled and shipped in protective tubes or custom crates, depending on the size and nature of the artwork.

Custom Artworks & Commissions:

For custom artworks and commissioned portraits, shipping times may vary. Please consult with us for an accurate shipping estimate before placing your order.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect shipping information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At CVIISUAL Art Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refer to our returns policy below.

Artwork and Commissioned Pieces:

Custom Artworks and Commissions:

As these pieces are created to order based on your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for commissioned artworks or personalised portraits unless the product is damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

Damage During Transit:

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging BEFORE opening the packaging. This is a very IMPORTANT step in our returns policy because it gives us some leverage with the courier company to make a claim aginst their delivery. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will either replace the artwork or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Custom Products:

Returns:

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-custom artworks or art supplies. You can return items in their original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days from the delivery date. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Include your order number, name, and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
Pack the item securely and ensure it is sent with tracking information.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item (such as a piece of art), please contact us and we will provide details on how to exchange it for another product of equal value.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please Note:

All custom artworks and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
We are not responsible for delays or lost items during the return shipping process.
