How do I submit the right reference photos for a portrait?
High-quality photos are the key to a beautiful portrait! We recommend clear, well-lit photos taken at eye-level with the subject. The more detail we can see, especially in the eyes, the more lifelike the final piece will be. You’ll use the Dropbox link we send you to upload your images after you place your order. Please use our guidelines for file format (.JPEG or .PNG), size (20MB max), and quantity (6 images max)
Can you combine different people from separate photos into one portrait?
Yes, we can. This is a very common request. We will work with you to find the best composition, and we can even create a digital mock-up for your approval before we begin. This is a great way to create a memorable family portrait even if you don’t have a single group photo.
Do you require a deposit, and what payment options do you offer?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and to cover the cost of materials. The final balance is due upon your final approval of the completed artwork, prior to shipping. We offer secure online payment via our website for your convenience.
